Some of WBS not getting settled in CWIP assets

Hi Support team,

When we settled WBS using Tcode CJ88 with option Partial capitalization. system gives error message.

Data inconsistency: Parallel depr. area is not posted

Message no. AAPO104

Diagnosis

For chart of depreciation GUIN, you defined this area (or these areas) as parallel depreciation areas for depreciation area 01. In the current transaction, however, not all of these areas are posted. This is not allowed.

Procedure

Check if the transaction type is limited to certain depreciation areas. If there is such a limitation, add the missing depreciation areas for the transaction type.

Check if the asset that is being posted manages all these depreciation areas.

This message come for some of asset not all.

We found that when WBS transaction available in two fiscal year 2013 and 2014 those WBS not getting settled. Please refer attached sheet for reference.

Appreciate if any once can provide solution as soon as possible.

Please check your asset class in OAYZ whether you have deactivate any  deprecaition area which you using .

I believe you have more than 1 depreciation area and they are in different Currency . So one of them is  Deactivated and that why system is not settle down . Please activate the area in OAYZ and then to activate in currecnt asset please run the progra RAFABNEW to uppdate in current Asset.
