entries in IT1001 are deleted in ERP-system

Hello,

We get organizational structure data in our ERP-system from HR-system (IDoc). Sometimes we create data directly in IT1001 in our ERP system. These entries are deleted once a partucular O-object is sent from HR to ERP using PFAL transaction.

Could you please tell me is there any way to resolve this particular problem? The idea is that do not want our data (that were created directly in ERP-system) to be deleted when O-type object is sent from HR to ERP.

Hi ,

Data will be overwritten because it got time constraint 1, but how are you sending the IDOC in PFAL T-code choosing update or inset option.

Hi,

If both the dates are same then automatically system will override the data based latest record(data in our ERP-system from HR-system (IDoc)) and system will show only one record in IT0001 because of this time constraint "1" for the IT0001.

In fact, this particular entry does not exist in HR system, so it does not matter what the dates are. Even so, it is deleted when IDoc with IT1001 data comes from HR.
