entries in IT1001 are deleted in ERP-system

Hello,

We get organizational structure data in our ERP-system from HR-system (IDoc). Sometimes we create data directly in IT1001 in our ERP system. These entries are deleted once a partucular O-object is sent from HR to ERP using PFAL transaction.

Could you please tell me is there any way to resolve this particular problem? The idea is that do not want our data (that were created directly in ERP-system) to be deleted when O-type object is sent from HR to ERP.
