Dynamic Action is triggering based on IT Subtypes

Hi Experts,

Business requirement:

While hiring, Once we save IT 0021, system should trigger IT 0105 one time.

I have created dynamic action as per below.

The issue is below..

We are maintaining in IT 0021, with 5 subtypes.

While hiring, once I save IT 0021, system is triggering 5 times IT 0105. It should trigger IT 0105 only one time.

Which Operation should I use to over come this issue.

Hi,

Kindly add below steps in Dynamic action table "T588Z".

As per the above screen shot you need add these two lines in dynamic action, If you want to add more sub types also you can add in this dynamic action as explained above.

we do not want to trigger specific IT 0185 subtype.

We required optional for selecting IT 0185 subtype.

@VISWAS:

In IT 21, we have 4 subtypes.

client some time he maintains and some times he do not maintain.

If we maintain particular subtype then only IT 0185 will trigger, other wise it will not triggers.

Hi Shafi,

Since client some time he maintains and some times he do not maintain IT21, how about calling the Dynamic action with another infotype that client always maintains. like IT01 for example.

As per my understanding, you can modify this dynamic action, and enter the Sty - the subtype column, to work in such a way that it calls IT105, when IT21, subtype 1 is maintained for example, this way it would be called only once.
