Availability Checking in Delivery Picking only, but not in Delivery Creation

Hi All,

Our Business Users require a type of availability checking which would not impact delivery creation in any way, but in the batch selection/batch determination in Outbound Delivery Picking stage, would only show batches with unallocated inventory available in Unrestricted stock, and only allow Picking up to the unallocated quantity in available batches. However Users are very firm on not wanting the delivery creation process to be impacted, so even if no material is available in Unrestricted stock, in any batch, they still want Delivery created regardless. Is it possible to do that? If so, what would be the configuration required?
