Netweaver 7.31 install java engine error

Hi everyone,

I am installing Netweaver 7.31 JAVA AS (MSSQL) and I am at the point where the install java engine occurs and it throws an error.  I get the below error.  I am not sure exactly what needs to happen to fix this issue.  Your guidance is appreciated.

There is nothing in the bootstrap log and if there is anywhere else I should look, please assist.

Hello Gregory,

According to the error message it seems to be a case of an incompatible kernel, just like it was described in these threads: thread1 & thread2.

The 721 EXT 64bit kernel must be used. Please extract the latest version of the appropiate release of SAPEXE.SAR and SAPEXEDB.SAR into folder ..\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64 and restart the install.

If the problem persists, please provide the latest logs.

1. Stop the installation just do the full system restart and then retry the same phase

2. Could you share the " jstart_bootstrap_J00.log"
