NWBC 5.0 Patch 6 icons overwrite node titles

After upgrading to patch 6 for NWBC 5.0, the work center icons are placed on top of the node title. I have deleted the NWBC cache, rebuilt the custom theme, and updated the icons in the role; however, the image doesn't change. Any suggestions?
