I have below questions on SAP CRM IT Service Management. I am thinkng of options currently for our business requirement.
Please let me know if you can guide me through this.
1) Is the IT Service Management part of Solution Manager only
2) Does the IT Service Management exists in SAP CRM 7.0 EHP2 version. If not do we need to take it as a separate license
3) If the IT Service Management not exists in SAP CRM 7.0 EHP2 version then is it possible to integrate with Solution Manager 7.1 version
4) Is it possible to integrate both Solution Manager and CRM so that we can utilize both the functionalities
5) If we need to use IT Service Management only in Solution Manager, is it possible we can use webservices and integrate the incident management process with third party systems
6) Is it possible to create configuration items in Solution Manager
7) Is it possible to integrate with SAP ECC system and replicate assets to Solution Manager
