Can we reverse the functionality of Availability Time Planning (ATP) in SAP PI 7.3

Hi,

We're having time to time activities in our project which demands the manual STOP and then START of the communication channels.

The ATP facilitates us with firstly STARTING and then STOPPING the channels in the mentioned time duration only, keeping the marked channels in STOPPED state outside of the given time window.

Is there any functionality which can enhance ATP to be used in our activity ??

Any other process/ tool for the same will also be helpful.
