Hello,
I have been able to navigate to a T-code which only displays the Purchasing menu for example, this is "ME00" in SAP. When creating the Flavour for this T-code, the system always defaults this to SMEN, the standard login menu. Has anyone been able to change this or is it not possible to create these menu's as a cockpit flavour like a landing page for Purchasing users etc..
Thanks,
Gary
ME00 is not a transaction code, it is an "area menu". They behave like transaction codes in some ways, but actually aren't. You can't build flavours for them.
But you can build multiple flavours for SMEN, and set the "purchasing cockpit" flavour as the default for your purchasing users. Just because they get the same transaction doesn't men they have to get the same flavour.
Steve.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the Prompt reply, I was attempting to utilise the area menus for this purpose but will create multiple flavour cockpits with SMEN.
The system actually lets you create the flavour for the area menu in question but then when you re-launch you'll find the new flavour in SMEN.
Not too much of an issue once you know what the system is doing.
Thanks again
