Currency Conversion in HANA view

Hi

  I am trying to do currency conversion in HANA view

converting the currency column which hold all the currencies and target currency as GBP and method is Z3.

Conversion Date is the issue, if i set any fixed date then it is converting the currency values to GBP. There is no issue on fixed date. If i select any date column for conversion date then it is not converting.

How to fix this? i need to pass date column instead of fixed date.

Hi Hari,

Check whether the currency conversion dates are available in the TCURR table, if available then you can use date field for conversion date. Otherwise you can use any fixed date for doing currency conversion.

   Date column is not there in TCURR table. My question is, if there is no date then it is working for fixed date?

  What is should do to use date field instead of fixed date.

Hi Hari,

If currency conversion date is not available in TCURR table, so you cannot do currency conversion at all.
