How to Auto Lock Personal Number of New Joined Emp.

Hi Experts,

Need to develop one new scenario for Master Data cross verify of newly joined employee for not missing any records. And i need to some advise from my experts how to auto lock the personal number? but we are presently locking by IT0003 manual that particular newly joined employees for every month. So it's very horrible to maintain one by one that's why decided to after the new employees hiring it should be auto lock back end process while the hiring by PA40. After the master data check up then un selecting in IT0003 and then goes to payroll process that employee.

Hi,

You can lock multiple employees in IT0003 with using standard program "RPUTRBK0", through this program you can lock multiple employees at a time or else you can write small dynamic action based on any field for locking the IT0003 for every employee in PA40 trnsaction backend.

Thanks for your reply u can give the flow please how to assign link program"RPUTRBK0", backend lock bulk employees payroll process.

There is no link between the RPUTRBK0 and the payroll program. You can use this program to lock and unlock employees for payroll processing instead of manual lock/unlock. In the selection program you can select PERNRs of the new employees.

I have already maintained in the table V_T588D Operation- MOD (Change) it is reflecting while hiring that time locking the employee payroll. But we need to auto lock after the hiring backend without run IT0003. If possible please suggest the same.

You want to lock all employees in Hiring action? If yes, write a small dynamic action to lock the PERNR in IT0003 in bvackened with using operation" /D".
