CO Account Assignments have different profit centers while GI to production order

Hi,

I am posting GI to order.

While I filled in the order number(A) in MIGO with movement type 261, materials are listed in the screen.I tried to post one of the material (B), then the error message pops up. While the others are ok.

I checked account assignment in the item detail tap, the production order A is there, and the WBS which is linked to this production order is there as well. Material  master is checked, procudtion order is checked, MRP profile is S. I don;t know which step is wrong. Does any one know the solution?

could be that the profit center assignment through OKB9 has a different profit center than your material master  or your order item

Checked with FI colleagues, nothing to do with OKB9. the problem now is that there are two CO object in MIGO, both WBS(profit center  A) and Production order(profit center B, which is the same as the material master) have been assigned. No clue how it happened. Production order & material master is also checked, nothing special.

Then go SE91 and do a where-used search for this error message. I got 3 sources. You then may set breakpoints and see what values you have
