How to convert trainee employee to trained employee after 2 months?

I hired one employee as trainee. Now his training period is over after 2 months. Now he is trained employee. How to convert trainee employee to trained employee after 2 months? is it through action or is there any process is there?

Any body please help me out.

Hi

You can create a Personnel action called "Confirmation" or similar like that. Then run the action after two month and change the employee subgroup.

Please note, it is good to change ESG with a personnel action through PA40 or HCM Form (MSS).

Hi,

It's changing employee's employee group or contract status.

If it's for this then you will run an action as confirmation where you will change the EG and change the contract type, But again i am telling it's depend upon business process and system configuration.
