Hi Mates,
I am facing an issue where in i am not able to start services in the application servers. When i raised an incident to SAP they told me to open WTS Connection refused.I opened WTS connection in service market place.
However the SAP People are not able to access our servers and they are getting connection refused error. I pasted all the commands in the routtab and then i tried to connect again but also of no use.
They even told to check me if WTS IS opened on the server and it is open. Still i am not able to resolve the issue. Please help.

I am also attaching the routtab where they told to put specific commands. Please do inform if they are placed at right location.
Regards,
Adarsh
Which host do you want SAP to connect to? What is the IP address? That needs to be maintained in saprouttab file:
192.168.140.54 or 192.168.140.48
I see you maintained 192.168.140.49

Hi Mam,
Could you specify where exactly should i maintain the server address.SAP people have told me to paste specific data in the routtab file.I am pasting the routtab file along wuth the commands provided by SAP.

And the reply what i have got from SAP is attached below.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For connection refused error, please check the connectivity between
your saprouter 'MIGSOLMAN' to your respective servers. You can do the
following on your saprouter to check :
niping -c -O -S 3389 -H 192.168.140.54
niping -c -O -S 3389 -H 192.168.140.48
For route permission denied error, please add the following entry in
the saprouttab of your SAProuter and activate the new saprouttab with
the command 'saprouter -n'.
KT "p:CN=sapserv9, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 169.145.197.110 *
KP "p:CN=sapserv9, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 192.168.140.49 3389
and ensure server MIGPRDAPP2 is reachable from your saprouter
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I tried to paste it under # SNC-connection from SAP to local system for WTS, if applicable
but still its not working. They are telling me to check port no:3389 is working.
I ahve tried evrything but it is stil not working. Please do check.
Regards,
Adarsh
saprouttab file maintain the following and restart saprouter:
# SNC-connection from SAP to local system for WTS, if applicable
P sapserv9 192.168.140.49 3389
P sapserv9 192.168.140.48 3389
P sapserv9 192.168.140.54 3389
Also check if system data is maintained as below:
https://support.sap.com/remote-support/remote-connections.html
Click on Maintain Connections
Select your system
Click on System Data
Check if DB Server and Application server are maintained there
Maintain and save if not done
Hi Adarsh,
1st make sure that this windows terminal is maintained in sercie market place under your system for which you are opening connection. Make sure all information passed is correct.
2nd Make sure that the ports are opened - without it it's of no use to open connection.
3rd In routtab make sure correct IP and port number is passed.
Do some network test from your side and enable ports on firewall.
If above info if taken account, then try to test again and ask SAP to logon.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Refer - 500235 - Network Diagnosis with NIPING
Do a network test from saprouter to PRD and PRD to saprouter.
Same applied for your WTS system. Make sure your SAP systems are accessible from WTS systems.
Fix if you see network issues - for eg blocked ports and system which are not reachable.
And follow the above 3 points.
Take backup of current routtab
delete everything and put P * * *
Then do a test..
