Customer receivable Aging report with recovery option

Dear Team,

I need report based on aging where I need information based on below mention column:

Customer Code	Cusotmer Name	Credit Days	Credit Limit	Current Balance	Current Recovery	Doc Type	Doc Num	0-30	31-60	61-90	91-120

In this report "Current Recovery" means choice (where clause) required to enter days and it will show specif recent days recovery.

Kindly help me out in this report.
