Values on report S_ALR_87013127 x order status

Dears,

I need some specific clarifications regarding the production order status and report S_ALR_87013127 - Order Selection – Especially on columns Total WIP , Total Reserves and Total Actual Costs.

When period end closing comes if the production order status is REL, what would be the postings on the mentioned Three columns ? (Total WIP, Total Reserves & Total Actual Costs).

The same question for status DLV and TECO ?

Also how can I conciliate these values with FI?

Hi,

Total WIP - It shows the WIP for the specified period

Total Reserves - If credit is more than the debits, then it shows as reserves

Total actual costs : It shows the difference between actual costs debit and actual cost credits

When you calculate WIP with order status REL, then system will show the value in total value in negative sign and actual cost it shows with positive sign.

After you change the status to DLV/TECO, then after run WIP for subsequent month then total WIP is shown with positive sign and actual cost with negative sign.
