Terms and conditions page

Hi

I have a quotation form and I need to add a Terms and condition page to the end of that form.  I wrote the text in report footer but when I print it, Terms information appears 2 times.  I don't know why Crystal repeats the information.

Anyone knows how to solve my problem?

Hi Fátima,

The Report Footer only prints once. So, the only way this can happen is:

1) There are two Report Footers with the text duplicated on both or

2) There is a subreport in the Report Footer and the text is duplicated inside the Subreport

I neither have 2 report footer  nor a subreport there.  I just have the text with out duplicate information but I don't know why I have wrong that this happen

I attach an imagen that this form in pdf version.  I put in a circle the text that appears duplicated

Do you have any suggestion?

If you've 'pasted' this in a text object, could you expand the text object to its maximum height and check if you pasted it twice?

No, I didn't paste it twice.  This is an imagen of crystal designer
