Formatting report

Hi Folks,

I have a existing report and it is showing the exact actual data which is needed but the along with the data it is showing them into brackets

In report i am getting data as :

(2)

(3)

(4)

and i need to make it like

If any one can help me out how to do the formatting correct pls give input.
