Authorization Error while logging into LPD

Hello,

When I login into launch pad designer, I get the following error.

We were using test user ID to logon to LaunchPad Designer and now we have created our own user IDs to logon. I have modeled my user ID after the test user ID. The test user ID is working without issues, but when I use my userID, I get the following error in a popup window.

Error (500, Internal Server Error) in OData response for GET "/sap/opu/odata/UI2/TRANSPORT/CustomizingRequests?$filter=isDefaultRequest%20eq%20true": HTTP request failed Details: User does not have the sufficient authorizations

I have maintained the customizing and workbench tasks in my user parameters and I have all the roles and profiles same as the test user. I tried to debug using SAP Netweaver Gateway Client (iwfnd/gw_client), it wasn't of much help. I am using the correct launchpad designer URL (http://<SERVERNAME>:PORT>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/arsrvc_upb_admn/main.html?sap-client=<CLIENT>?scope=CUST) What else I am missing?
