B1If database is growing much

Dear

Database B1IF is growing a lot, and I need to know because it grows much.

Its use is not enough, how to uninstall and how to do to lower their size.

Hi Luis,

if you have enabled detail step logging in your scenario and/or have set log level to config in your  xcellerator.cfg, which is very usefu for debugging, then B1if logs huge amount of informations in the database. Then the db grows and grows.

For production environment disable detailed step logging and set log level to severe in xcellerator.cfg.

Consider also to save all your scenarios, uninstall and reinstall b1if to start over with a new db, then import your scenarios.

Hello Sanchez,

   You can control the size of the B1if database by setting the deletion days of logs to 10 or what ever you want under Cfg MsgLog  in Maintenance of Integration Framework. By this you can delete the past triggered XML's. Please note, the XML's automatically deleted by the MsgLog won't can be retrieved back.
