Serial number run time error

We had two material masters for FERT's set up improperly without the serial number requirement on the work scheduling tab.

As a result production orders 1130305 and 1130364 were created without serial numbers.

User is trying to ship the pumps but needs serial numbers which are non existant.

I backed out the original goods receipts then corrected the material masters for the serial number requirements.

With marginal success I did goods receipts and entered the serial numbers.

When I checked the document it said OK. When I posted I got the following ABAP error. Can you help or point us in the right direction?

Message IS039 is usually related to the serial number ranges.

Make sure that the number ranges for the number range object EQUIP_NR are correctly created and assigned.
