SAP LVM 2.1 integration with ticketing tool Service Snow

Hello all,

We are trying to integrate LVM 2.1 with our external ticketing tool SNOW by which we would like to automate the start, stop process of SAP systems using SNOW tool.Perhaps we need to find a web service in LVM which we can call from SNOW tool to achieve this.

Can you please help us with this.

Hello Rohit,

thanks for getting in touch with us. Integrating SAP LVM with other orchestration or management tools is possible by leveraging the external Command Control Interfaces (CCI). Due to the scope of the SAP LVM itself the documentation comes in two versions for both the Enterprise Edition as well as for the Standard Edition which are both listed within the overview page of the SAP LVM Help Portal.

Although not directly related to your issue but worth knowing for integration purposes the process of uploading and downloading SAP LVM Configuration data is also described within SAP Note 1752385.
