Hi Gabriele,

The integration is client side.  As long as the softphones running on the agent's machine have been enhanced to push the call data to C4C, it should not matter if different agents are running different telephony systems.  However, we have never seen such a set up so far.

Same answer as for TATA.  The guide mentioned by Pushkar will show you what's needed in order to make the integration work.  So far we are not aware of any customer running Cosmocom.
