Retweets in Twitter integration

It appears that Tweets are being picked up by C4C during import runs but not Retweets. Both types of Tweets contains the relevant Twitter handle which is being monitored by C4C Twitter channel.

Is that the expected product behaviour?

    When a customer make a tweet, agent can retweet the customer’s tweet from Ticket Agent Workspace. Our solution do not pull in customer retweet of the same message that was tweeted. Since the 1st tweet is already extracted and SMA created, retweet would not be extracted again.

    Hi Thierry - We too had a similar behaviour. But wished to know what about the 'Direct messages'?
