My issue is the Delta. For example, if one field (not standard into the datasource) change, the delta of the datasource will créate a new register into the delta queu?
What do you mean with extensions? You mean that you added field to the datasource by creating an append? We have already done this for the mentioned datasources and it works fine, although you need probably an ABAP consultant to fill the extractstructure. See attached document, however this document is quite old and I think there is a new way to fill extractstuctures, nowadays you should use a BADI instead of a function module. 'Unfortunately' I am not an ABAP consultant so I am not able to give you all the details.
