Hi All,
I wanted to know, what is the maximum number of records that can be retrieved in a WEBI report of BO 4.1. Do we have any defined number prescribed by SAP BO? Does it depend on the number of cells and objects in the report? The database is oracle exadata.
Note: I understand, retrieving huge set leads to performance issues, and hence we have to limit the number of records returned in CMC/Universe and in the report query.

Kavitha

It depends on number of cells in the report , was 0.8 Million cells in BO 4.0... I dont think it is going to be increased in 4.1. but not sure.

Hi Kavitha,
I don't think there is any limit in BI 4.1 it depends on RAM which you have on your server side.
Yes, retrieving large data may cause the performance issues.
Thank you,
Kanchan
