LQ01 storage location transfer, material stock type in Quality

Hi,

I'm trying to issue goods to QA for sampling.

The material is in quality status, and I'm planning to use movement type 331.

Is it possible for LQ01 to see materials that are in quality status?

What are the possible configurations needed?

Hi Jurgen,

Currently, they are doing LQ01 movement type 333, that is issuance to QA of unrestricted materials.

They are still waiting for QM to release the materials to unrestricted before they do the process of issuance.

They want to change it to 331 since all the materials are in quality status and do not need to wait for QM to release it.

I tried some configurations, but I cannot see quality status materials in LQ01. (not sure if my config is correct)

*Please take note that this is issuance to QA, and I think it is a standard process of issuing a quality status material to QM.

Your questions are very confusing.

LQ01 is a transfer storage location to storage location, how shall a transfer posting do a goods issue (331), these are 2 totally different targets.

What did you actually try? if you execute LQ01 without customizing done (which has to be assumed based on your last question) then you get an error message L3340, the long text of this error message has a link directly to the customizing task
