Email notification based on previous status


Hello Solman Experts,

I want to ask if it possible to send different notification based on previous status ?

Example :

We have 3 actions.

1) Validation

2) Approval

3) In process

And flow looks like that:

And we have problem with status "In Process".

When we change status from Validation to In process there should be trigered one email to Support Team - this work like a charm.

But when we change status from Approval to In process there should be send additional email to Requestor and I can't set up this.

I try to create new action and using different start condition and schedule condition but with no success.

When I set up in action schedule condition as status Approval and start condition as status In process I can see action in processing log but when status changed this action disapear and email is not sent.
