We recently performed the following actions:
1. Installed SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 Support Pack 2 on a new box.
2. Upgraded from ... to SAP
3. Used the Import Wizard to import ALL objects from SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 12.1.0 to the new box.
4. Ran a report on the new box.
When a report is ran on the new box the following error appears.
The viewer could not process an event. Error in
File ps_1fd087b7bf04791.rpt: Failed to load
database information. [] ---- Error code: 0

What are the possible causes for this error?
What steps can be taken to resolve this issue?
