Wid document can not be generated due to unknown reason

Hello everyone,

I have seen some discussions about this subject but I couldn't find a solution.

I opened conversion tool BO XI 4.1 and converted a deski document (BO XI 3) to a webi document (BO XI 4.1) but it said : "Wid document can not be generated due to unknown reason".

I have no idea where to look at.

Both servers are working well.

I do not understand the interest of "local conversion".

Meaning not taking into account files into the CMS but files on the computer.

Because when I do this, then I have a report error saying that there is a problem on web intelligence servor that can not be reach...

So if I need a connection in any case, why do they propose the option "local" ???

Due to CMS issue on BO XI 3 deski, I can only use "local conversion" by selecting my deski file on the desktop. But then I have a message error and so my BO Xi 4.1 webi file can not be created.
