Hello ,

It will be really helpful to answer theses questions :

     -Is there any specified field where I can enter the capacity of a work center for example 1000 piece/ H ?

     -Can you give me an example of formula for calculating capacity requirements of a work center ?

Hello Marouane,

1 - This is mentioned in routing but not in work center. Work center defines total capacity. In routing (CA01/02) you define usage of that capacity. So total capacity is 8hours and 1000p/hour would be defined in routing which will consider this.

2 - Formula - SAP002 - Machine * Operation quantity / Base quantity. Example you have maintained 1000p/hr in routing so base is 1000pcs. Now if you have a production order for 10000, then system would calculate this way:

1hr * 10000pcs / 1000pcs = 10hrs

So we need 10hrs to produce 10K pcs.
