Standard Notification Message

Hi gurus,

I need to change the first line in the standard notification message for Risk Managment Workflows. Please check image attached.

Do you have any idea of how to change it?

Hello John,

RM uses the standard object.  You can change the text in the dialog text "SWU_NOTIF_INBOX".

Execute the transaction SE61 and open the dialog text.

The message I have is not exactly the same as the one in this text. What else can it be?

The Message in SE61 may not have been Activated and Saved correctly and instead may be saved as a "Raw" version.

If you go into SE61, you will see the documents listed and it should show a status column. It will say either "Raw" or "Active".

But message SWU_NOTIF_INBOX is standard and I can not see the exact message that it contains. However, I receive the message "Your Workflow inbox in the SAP system XXX, client 200 contains the following work item".

How this message can appear? Where is it coming from?

Definitely, it is not the message of SWU_NOTIF_INBOX.

Thanks a lot, I just discovered, the message template is SWU_NOTIF_PROLOG1. However, I can not include the logo in this message. It is not seen, as logo but as link message.

How can I make to include the logo in the message template?
