Idoc not reached to sql

Hi,

I have triggered an idoc from ecc level and checked in pi, that its showing success and delivered. But it has not reached to SQl.

When i do the message monitoring, i am unable to view this message "The idoc number of the idoc message received is:000000000XXXXX"..

Generally, when its getting success to target level, we can able to view this message in monitoring..

Instead of that, i get status in monitoring started with "Received an idoc message with multiple idocs for processing"

Hi Ram,

Can you let me know what is the version of PI you are working on?

When you mean Received an idoc message with multiple idocs for processing, can you check whether from ECC, multiple IDOC's are coming to PI in a single message.

Yes, if the message has processed successfully in PI and delivered to reciever, we can view the payload at PI level.

we are using pi 7.4

Is it 7.4 Single stack?

Can you please provide screen shots of the issue for better understanding.
