Field: Simultaneous Contacts (Max.) in Volume 5 – Hourly and Volume 6 Quarter-hourly

Hello,

Can anyone advise the purpose of field Simultaneous Contacts (Max.) in Volume 5 – Hourly and Volume 6 Quarter-hourly reports in SAP Contact Center Reporting tool.

Does it shows the stats the total maximum concurrent calls handled at any particular time?
