Hello,
Can anyone advise the purpose of field Simultaneous Contacts (Max.) in Volume 5 – Hourly and Volume 6 Quarter-hourly reports in SAP Contact Center Reporting tool.
Does it shows the stats the total maximum concurrent calls handled at any particular time?

have you checked app.help / Volume Reports and Reporting data guide at SAP Contact Center 7.0 Guides? If you think they do not provide adequate information, I am sure the doc. team will be happy to receive your feedback for improving those in the future.
(in some cases also Reporting Contact Handling Examples would be useful)
