Item Deletion after RFX creation

Hi Experts

I have a requirement where I have to delete the line items once the RFX is created and published to vendor and the same has to updated at vendor's side and the same line item has to be displayed at SOCO for sourcing activites.

Can this be possible? if yes, what are the steps.

Scenario : Classic.

PR ==> SOCO ==> RFX ;

once the RFX line item is deleted i has to appear in SOCO, where as in my case it is not showing anywhere
