va01 region in partner function we

Hi gurus.

I have a problem when creating an order in productive system but no in quality system.

I have compare all the user-exist in PRD and QAS and the programs are identical.

The problem is that the field region in customer's partner function 'WE' ( double clicking ) comes

empty while other address data are o.k..  In table KNA1 i have checked that the kna1-regio is not empty.

the same also in ADRC table.

i haven't the same problem in quality system.

any ideas?

What is the value of region in region configuration table for blank? because it is getting display in text next to region box.

Secondly, did anyone change the value in your order change screen (you can change address here also). it wil generate a new ADRNR and check this new ADRNR in ADRC.

It does display the description next to the region field, so obviously there is just some issue with displaying the region code itself. Look at the data in SE16 with the conversion exit switched off in the settings, see if the value matches the region master table. Get an ABAPer to look at the screen field and run ANST.

Check the change log for the customer master. Usually you don't get discrepancies like that out of nowhere - something must have happened.

Reach to the SAP support if all else fails. We could be guessing here till cows go home.

Please check customer master region under general data in PRD sever, its believe its master data issue only.

Please share error message screen short to analyze better.

i get this detailed information by double clicking the partner in 'WE' line.

in general data in PRD system in regio field customer 2500000008 has value 35.

In QAS system the region field is filled correctly.
