Dear All,

Good Day..!

This is regarding Planning related in BW. Requesting you please provide your suggestions/inputs for the same.

I have created one real time infocube,Aggregation level for budget planning and created one workbook for users to enter/modify the records for Budget planning.

and now, my client is asking i want to see timestamp an user id for tracking purpose that who and when will done the respected changes.

Kindly please let me know, how to achieve this scenario.

Hi KV,

You need add in your cube, user and date/time objetct, in your planning function, need add a FM to get user and date/time to save in your fox routine.

Add your user and timestamp characteristics in your cube then create a characteristic relationship (ABAP type) to derive these values from the current user and timestamp.

Iam familiar with Only Input-ready query..client able to save the values in workbook.now client wants to see the time stamp, user id of new added or changes records.

Kindly please let me know how can i enable timestamp and user id for saved or changes records
