Hello,
After creation of contact person, a random user is generated for supplier. Using this random user, the supplier creates an user ALIAS.
In configuration guide is mentioned that is possible to logon to the sell side with user alias, but this is possible using SAP Portal with SLC. In our scenario, the SLC runs without SAP Portal, is there another way to use 'logon to sell side with user alias'?
Best Regards,
Aline
Hi Aline,
SLC sell-side can optionally be deployed in an SAP Portal.
The standard way is to utilize the BSP services (sap->bc->bsp->srmsmc->s3q_ext, use transaction SICF).
These are not dependent on the SAP portal but can possibly be integrated.
In most cases, the portal is assigned an external alias and the link is included in the registration mail (see SPRO). Does that answer your question?
