Maternity Leave 0080-System throwing error message-Issue with Counting Rule

Hi Experts,

I have set up counting rule but when i try to make entries & try to save the data in 0080 it takes me to IT2001 & gives an error message about counting rule.

Now in Maternity leaves there is no counting rule assignment...i could not find any.

Can anybody please guide me on the same.

Absence counting rules have to be configured by a functional consultant.  It is not a SAP provided item.

To get an idea, go through (a)your Time mgt guide (b)the counting rule for a similar absence type.
