I have changed the text in SO and then wanted to re-send the SO to my Outlook inbox, by using the 'repeat output'. For some reason this didn't work. The 'GPO-change' is not stated as 'processed' (green symbol) but instead it's yellow (see attachment). A new approval is not needed since a text change doesn't trigger this, but the SO was changed and should be possible to re-send, right?
I have taken the print-preview of it and save it as a pdf to be able to send it. Still I'd like to know why i wasn't able to re-send the SO. Why wasn't it in status 'green'.
Hi,
Why you are using two PO output types ZGEG and ZGEU for same print function of PO. A single PO output type enough to meet the PO creation and change function.
Check dispatch time for both ZGEG and ZGEU PO output type and also cross check condition record.
As you change text in PO/SO, cross check text ID in both smartform for both PO output types ZGEG and ZGEU

Hi,
For change, the output type ZGEG is triggered. You may check the following:
1. Whether output condition record is maintained with dispatch time as 4 in MN05. If its 3, you need to process the output in ME9F.
2. Compare the condition records for ZGEG and ZGEU in MN05.

Hi Roman
Firstly this is purchase order (PO) but not sales order (SO). Did you executed ME9F for the same to trigger this? If your initial is happening automatically what is the dispatch time maintained for it, 4 - immediately or 1 with periodic sch job. Plus what have you maintained for change message type (check in MN05)?

Rahul
