CCMS_OnAlert_Email works only in 000 Client and not in 800 Client.

Hello,

i want to receive emails from SAP System on system errors.

i have configured CCMS_OnAlert_Email and i am able to receive emails, but this function works automatically only in 000 Client.

if i want to receive emails from 800 Client then i have to manually run "start analysis method" in tcode RZ20.

Please suggest, how can i use auto email function in 800 Client.

    Hi Biswas,

    Mostly the CCMS alert will trigger automatically from 000. what ever it will receive the alerts from central system. Better check for any authorization as like 000.

    Hello Pravin,

    if this is a local autoreaction, then the autoreaction will be triggered by the Autoabap dispatcher, which always runs in client 000, therefore all information will be sent in this client. If you need alerts in another client, you could use ALM. Please take a look at the note 617547, you should use the autoreaction method CCMS_Send_Alert_to_ALM and configure it as described in the note:
