Dear Experts,
In our current solution we are using C4C sales quote functionality using External Pricing. In sales quote preview document (PDF) pricing values are missing. Checked with SAP and as per their reply current version 1505 only support Internal pricing and if really required then we need to use custom form.
Can anyone please suggest your ideas on how to use custom form in C4C sales quote preview. If you have any relevant blogs or links please share the details.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Murugesan.
Hello Ginger,
Just I would like to know is there any way to get the sales quote pricing details in the PDF preview?
Thanks in advance.

Dear All,
As I mentioned earlier to achieve this Sales quote PDF preview using external pricing do I need to use SDK? or within Adapt mode (Admin role) will be possible?
Note: As per SAP reply Sales Quote PDF preview is only supported Internal pricing.
Please suggest your views.
Regards,
Murugesan.
Hi Murugesan,
We have same requirement and we are using Adobe LifeCycle Designer to modify / enhance standard sales quote to add custom image, Total Price from Header data( In Standard not available), and assign Net value and Total Value on item level.
Please use Adobe lifecycle designer and check if any component related to pricing, in Adobe lifecycle go to Data connection and you can get all element available in PDF,
I hope this will be helpful to you.
Regards,
Mithun
SAP includes into the output message the following price details:
Item data:
Header data:
The 'ToBePrintedPriceComponent' depends on the customizing of the OnPrem system. If condition is valid for printing the price element will be included in the output message.

Hello Murugesan
Could you provide a little more information?
* In C4C you create a sales quote and are using external pricing to get the price from CRM, right? not ERP?
* Once the quote is saved, you do a quote preview in PDF, or are you doing the PDF during the quote creation?
Thanks,
Ginger
