Hi,  in ess pay slip grade is comming S4  instaed of M1. I have checked in R/3  Its showing correctly. but in ess its showing S4(  which is previous record in R/3)  how can i resolve it. can anyone help me?    please find below screen  and give me possible solution.

Hi,

I think you are usinf custom smartform of Payslips which is called in the ESS.

Check with the ABAPer why is it coming S4 instead of M1. It should be picked from the WPAB table with maximum sequence no.

As far i understand this is a small problem in coding ask technical consultant to read the valid record from IT, Where it is coded to fetch the old record since system is reading the value and showing us as S4 instead of that ask them to code in such a way to read valid record with date parameters and then place it on payslip.

I hope this is not so complicated if you provide necessary details to them, How to fetch valid data.
