Interactive Reporting - All key figures values are zero

Hello,

Our team is having a problem using interactive reporting in the solution manager.

We followed this guide wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SAPITSM/SAP+ITSM+Analytics+on+SAP+Solution+Manager+7.1 , however when we create the Service Requests reports and use the "Preview without business filters" option, even though we are capable of visualize the characteristics data, all the key figures have zero value.

The data (dates, priority, IDs) in the table is correct however, no key figures are displayed.

Hello,

Try to perform the following checks:

1) Are there any errors in the screen after running the CRM Interactive Reporting Configuration Wizard (t-code /crmbw/config_wizard)?

2) Check if the Service Provider Reporting extractors are active. This can be verified there in the "Solution Manager Administration" workcenter -> landscape -> extractor framework

3) Check if you can read data in Data Store Object 0SPRLDATA (I got this tip from the Lluis Salvador Blog - http://scn.sap.com/blogs/lsalvador/2013/05/19/problems-on-itsm-analyticsbw-reporting-on-solman-71).


You can read the DSO data by accessing t-code RSA1, then MODELING > INFO PROVIDER > SAP Solution Manager > SAP Solution Manager - Service Provider Reporting


Also, the instructions documented in the SAP Note 1543145 - Initialization of Incident Management Reporting may be helpful.

Hello Daniel,

First of all, thanks a lot for your quick answer!

1) We have previously corrected all errors in the /crmbw/config_wizard, so no errors there.

2) We have no extractors at all in the Service Provider Reporting, how can we configure them?

3) Although no extractors are active, we do have data in the 0SPRLDATA, it is correct and up to date.

If we create a table report, the lines of the report are properly filled with the data from the 0SPRLDATA, however the key figures calculated from that data are always zero.

Hello,

Regarding the extractors, those are configured during the SOLMAN_SETUP steps of ITSM: Perform Standard Configuration > Configure automatically > schedule extractors.

Perhaps your issue has something to do with time zone. There is a report called RSDBTIME which shows if there are any inconsistencies with your time zone configuration. The System Time Zone should be the same zone assigned to the DB and Kernel.

The SAP Note 741734 - Incorrect times due to the time zone settings provides some further information.
