Standard table is updated as ZERO for the condition type

Hi SD gurus,

Actually there is one condition type(Transportation condtion type-ZFTP) is maintained at the header conditions. In the billing document, the ZFTP condition is maintained with the value (for example : -1000) against the amount field and automatically the condition value is updated as -1000 at the header conditions. But if i have checked in the KONV standard table with the document condition,choosen the field "KWERT"(Condition value field) and executed it. There it shows the value as "ZERO" for the condition  type ZFTP at the header condition value.

How it is possible? At the front end billing transaction the condition type is maintained with the value -1000 correctly. but in the table it is showing as "ZERO". very surprised. How in the standard table it is getting updated wrongly? Because of this,the smartform is executed wrongly and i am very very confused.

Guys please help me on this as i have not faced such issue in my career so far. I am in the need of ur inputs.

Dear Noufal,

Can you check whether the value is updated in KONP for the document condition record number and condition type combination.

Is this the case with only one document or there are other similar document as well? Please update the status of field KBETR and see if value is there in this field or not? Can you see the value in VF03 billing document?

This problem is not for all the documents, only to some of the documents. But all the documents are maintained with the same parameters. My question is then how for some documents the value is not updated in the table?

yes there is a value at the KBETR field in the billing document, but it is reflected as ZERO in the KONV->KWERT field in the table.
