Dear Experts,
We have used the data source "0FI_AA_12" in BW for one of our requirement. This Data Source is Delta enabled but when we trigger Delta(After Initialization without any selections) it is getting failed with below error,
Error message from the source system the file that you wanted to load was being edited at the time of the data request. Make sure that the file is in the specified directory, that it is not being processed at the moment, and restart the request.
Diagnosis - An error occurred in the source system. The error occurred in Extractor .
Further analysis: Caller 09 contains an error message. Refer to the error message.
Whereas Deltas are running fine if we put selection on only few Company Codes/Depreciation Area/Fiscal Year/Period(Its getting failed if we put selections on all Company Codes/Depreciation Areas). Here we need delta to run for all Company Codes as well as for all Depreciation Areas for all Fiscal Year/periods. Kindly let me know if anyone has faced such issue and how it can be resolved?
As a temporary fix we are planning to put selection on Fiscal Year/Period as 000.2014 to 012.2020
Thanks,
Nilesh
Hi Nilesh,
Complete all data loads to AA MD and run the delta for this datasource again.

Shailesh.

Hi Nilesh,
mostly likely the problem is caused by inconsistent configuration in the ERP depreciation tables (e.g. T093 and T093c) for one of the company codes - potentially a company code that is/was only used for testing.
Best to contact your FI-AA consultant or to nail it down by running the extraction with RSA3 in delta mode for different company code selections.
Hope this helps,
Andreas

Dear Andreas,
Thanks for your inputs I will check the same with FI-AA consultant but in RSA3 also delta extraction is getting failed with error "Errors occurred during the extraction". As mentioned earlier RSA3 delta extraction issue is there for DS 0FI_AA_11 as well for which Deltas in BW are running fine.
FYI - Data Source 0FI_AA_11 is initialized with selection on Depreciation Area with one value.
Thanks,
Nilesh
Hi Andreas,
I did check the logs but there is nothing except that error message "Errors occurred during the extraction".
In the meantime We have done the testing in QA with info package selection on Fiscal Year/Period as 000.2016 to 016.2018 and deltas are running fine without any error. We are planning to do delta initialization in Prod also with selection as "000.2015 to 016.2020". With this selection we shall need to re-initialize delta at the end every last fiscal year/period from the given range.
Thanks,
Nilesh
Hi Nilesh,
Before init, Have you ran full load or any load of your data source.
Seems like your data source was changed at source but not replicated into bw side.
So try to replicate your data source from source to bw and activate data source.
Later try to run init without data transfer.
Before triggering your delta(transactional data) load, Have you triggered(mean set delta) all related master data loads?
Thanks

Hi Nilesh,
How about RSA3, is it working fine there? and before running delta, hope you've set init! if not, please do that and then proceed with your delta loads.
Thanks & Regards,
Harish
