Integration Materials Management (FMX1 by ME31K)?

Hi Experts,

I made the configuration below to create automatically a Earmarked Funds (Funds reservation (FMZ1)) when I create "Contract" by ME31K, but unfortunately the system has not created the Funds reservation (FMZ1). Can anyone help me?

Do you have FM assignment on your contract?

Hi Eli,

1) Yes, the Contract type "ZOBR" is assigned to FM (by the field "Commitment Plan is Active")

2) ME33K

FM document was not created.

But what about FM objects (Fund centre, commitment item) assignment?

FM objects (Fund center, commitment item) are assigned to FM by rules of FMDERIVE.

I need to assign by other configuration?

No, nothing else has to be maintained. What are the settings for 'CO' EMF type? Can you post the screenshot?

Also, can you check EKKN table? Is FM assignment filled there for items of your contract?

Is FM assignment filled there for items of your contract? In the contract, I only filled the cost center and account G/L (item 2) and the WBS Element and account G/L (item 3).

Ps.: The system  is not showing FMDERIVE´s trace, when I create the contract (ME31K) but the filed funds center and commitment item are been filling into the EKKN.(strange)

Looks fine to me... Check if OSS note 1263604 - FMRE: Changes to commitment plan are not

transferred is implemented in your system.

No, I mean, when you create a contract, do you push on 'Commitment plan' button and tick the generation flag?
