We're using access method 'G' ma'am.

I'm still confuse why my SAP account can print in any computer but when I tried in this computer I got the error?.

Hi Kenneth,

With the details provided it's clearly a desktop / computer based issue. I understand he can print from normal word or excel.

What version of SAPGui is there on that desktop, Is it same as the one on your desktop (including patch level). If you make the same I assume that might help.

Sir Deepanshu we're using SAPGui 740 all are the same including path level.

I've tried to downgrade the user to SAPGui 730 and 720 but still the error persist.

I even tried to reformat the computer and still same error.

Hi Kenneth,

Thanks for update. So if it's not a issue from even Operating system then do you mind just checking with your local Network team and I have a feeling that it's a network issue.

Can you please take help from your network team and try to regenerate the problem while giving print from same system using SAP and check with them.

Nope. Sorry sir.

Hi,

Is the issue

1) persists for every user on that printer

2) or single user to that printer

3) Is printing of any document from desktop (outside SAP) is working?

Can you also paste the screen shots of different tabs of the prniter settings from SPAD for the issue printer

Regards,

Nikhil.

HI,

Please check the printer setting in the destop with other desktop printer settings including device driver, print settings in control panel.

ALso check the SP01 logs, to check where the erorr is coming like calling event, or SAPLPD program etc.

Nikhil

Here is mySP01 Event Logs sir Nikhil.

The missing text in statistics is "Statistics: 30 sec, 2 pages, OTF, (ci=0 op=0 co=0 ji=0 fo=0 cl=30) "

I can't print even in local printer (e.g. CutePDF).

All printer settings is in default.

I just don't get it, in any computer except this one is working orderly.

I advised the user to use "PDF!" temporarily.

Hi,

I believe the issue is with Network/firewall settings. Please involve the network team to check the affected user's PC.
