Monthly Period wise Unplanned Depreciation

Hi Expert,

we need to show the balance of Planned Depreciation suppose to post month of April'15 for First Period, 01 while doing in AFAB in Back Ground process more then 100 assets not showing .

if i find through Tablle ANLC also not showing Periodically showing Yearly Amount. i have checked AWO1N all asset value planned Dep Monthly showing.

Kindly help me to get Un-planned Depreciation Period Wise Value before Post. Fiscal Year 2015.

Hi Pranav,

Check the table ANLP for periodic values.

Hi Good Morning Mukthar ,

i have checked table ANLP selection screen, Given Compnay Code Fiscal Year . and Execute it, then Message showing : No Table Entries found in Specified Key. Message no. MO429.

There is no Option for Period from like 1 to 1, 2 to 2 Like that.

Kindly Help.

I need Before Post Periodic Depreciation Month of April'15 Period 1, after will post some correction for Particular Asset n all. where we can see the Period Wise Details Planned Depreciation Periodic not Posted. for fiscal Year 2015 PEriod 1.

Hi Pranav,

You just input period range in it and execute it or remove fiscal year and execute.

sir, period range given 1 to 1 manually , if i press F4 then only two option is there from 000 to 000 and another is 000 to 365 ... that's why i asked you sir... i given earlier 1 to 1 only and fiscal year 2015. message

Hi Pranav,

The system will update entries once you run depreciation. Otherwise it wont show. I think you have not run any depreciation for fy 2015. Due to this it is showing as no entries.  However, if you want planned values then you can run the report S_ALR_87012936 by selecting evaluation period as month by selecting all selections option.

Above T.Code not gives perfect report month wise or Period. no Option in selection screen.

Note : while doing AFAB Periodic April'15 Period Given 001 Fiscal Year 2015.also not showing All

Select Company Code :XXXX

Select Fiscal Year 2015

Select Posting Period : 1

Select Planned  Posting Run Check Box Ticked

Select Lis Assets

Select Test RUN,

i ve Executed in Back Ground Process , n when i have seen after RUN through SM37 system showing only up to 6th Asset Class . we have 15 Asset Class out of 15 only Asset Class till 300000. wht abt for next 9th Class . only 464 for Line Items showing m very confuse where is our next  Asset Class for Planned Dep. Posting for fiscal Year 2015 PEriod 001 i.e April'15 . why system not give proper Output till Entire Asset. We have Post Depreciation till fiscal Year 2014. Once in a Year. Now Since Fiscal Year 2015 we are doing Periodically . I have change the Config as well from Yearly to Monthly in T.Code OAYR.

Hi Pranav,

If you are unable to get all data from spool. Then go to SP02 and select your spool, here setting button is there, click on it input to page no.as 9999 and then press enter. Then system will display all details for the spool.
